Cross-references and links
In the case of direct or indirect cross-references to third-party Internet sites ("links"), which fall outside the sphere
of responsibility of the authors, a liability obligation would not be incurred unless the authors were aware of the
contents and it would be technically feasible and reasonable for them to prevent the use in the case of unlawful
contents. The authors hereby expressly declare that no illegal contents were perceptible on the linked sites at the
time when the link was set up. The authors have no influence over the current and future layout, the contents or the
authorship of the linked/cross-referenced pages. They therefore hereby explicitly renounce all contents of any
and all linked/cross-referenced pages, which were changed after such link was set up. This shall apply to all links
and cross-references set up within the authors own Internet site as well as to third-party entries in guest-books,
discussion forums and mailing lists created by the authors. The provider of the site, to which the link referred, shall
be solely liable for any illegal, defective or incomplete contents and in particular for any damage arising as a
result of using or failing to use such information provided, and not that provider referring solely to the publication
in question via links.
